December 16, 2025 — A delegation led by Mr. Wang Xiaoping, Head of the Hungary Overseas Workstation of the Changsha National Offshore Innovation and Entrepreneurship Base, together with representatives from the Chongqing University Alumni Association, visited Wincle (Wenergy) for an in-depth exchange. Centered on the Belt and Road Initiative, the visit focused on policy incentives, market opportunities, and cooperation pathways for Chinese enterprises expanding into Central and Eastern Europe (CEE).

The delegation was welcomed by Mr. Wang Jun'an, General Manager of Wincle, who accompanied the guests on a tour of the company's live-streaming studio and exhibition hall. Through on-site demonstrations, the visitors gained first-hand insight into Wincle's brand communication system and digital marketing capabilities. Mr. Wang Xiaoping spoke highly of Wincle's modern operational approach and strong innovation-driven culture. During the introduction session, alumni representatives and enterprise participants shared their respective industry backgrounds and collaboration expectations, quickly establishing a foundation for deeper engagement and mutual understanding.
Ms. Cao Yaqing, Deputy Manager of Wincle's Overseas Channel Management Department, then delivered a corporate presentation outlining the company's 14-year development journey, business layout, core product advantages, and international project achievements. As a specialist in high-safety energy storage system solutions, Wincle has accumulated extensive experience in the energy storage sector. Leveraging lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery technology, prefabricated modular design, and system-level safety architecture, the company has successfully delivered benchmark projects across PV + storage, microgrids, peak shaving and valley filling applications. Wincle's solutions are now deployed across Europe, Africa, and Asia, demonstrating strong technical capability and global competitiveness.

Mr. Wang Xiaoping subsequently shared valuable insights into European culture, regulatory frameworks, and investment policies, drawing on over 30 years of professional experience in Europe. Against the backdrop of the Belt and Road Initiative, he provided an in-depth analysis of the latest market dynamics in Central and Eastern Europe. He highlighted Hungary's strategic role as a Belt and Road hub, positioned at the geographic center of CEE and serving as a gateway to Western Europe. Hungary offers EU-aligned legal and business systems, favorable tax policies, competitive labor costs, and comprehensive government support.
Mr. Wang emphasized the significant growth potential of the energy storage industry, particularly in virtual power plant (VPP) applications. He noted that discussions with Hungary's Ministry of Transport have explored positioning Hungary as an energy hub connecting China and Europe, enabling power transmission to Northern and Southern Europe. He encouraged Chinese enterprises to pursue overseas expansion through collaborative and consortium-based approaches, leveraging scale and synergy to jointly enter European markets.
Participants widely agreed that the policy and market insights shared during the session were highly informative, providing greater clarity on the CEE investment environment and strengthening confidence in global expansion. Several companies reached preliminary cooperation intentions on site, laying the groundwork for future resource integration and targeted collaboration. In addition, alumni representative Mr. Xia Guoxiang introduced relevant financial support policies from Changsha Bank, offering practical reference for overseas investment financing.

During the open discussion session, enterprise representatives exchanged views on overseas strategies, operational challenges, and cooperation needs. Mr. Hu Xin, President of the Chongqing University Hunan Alumni Association, concluded the event by summarizing its objectives and significance, calling on all parties to leverage the exchange as a starting point for closer cooperation and joint international development.
The successful visit established an efficient government–enterprise–university collaboration platform. Wincle will take this exchange as an opportunity to further align with Belt and Road initiatives, actively engage partners across Central and Eastern Europe, and leverage its technological and resource advantages to explore new pathways for global expansion—contributing momentum to Chinese enterprises entering the European energy market.
