June 25, 2025 - Nanchang, China Wincle and Jiangxi Xiangrui Automation Equipment Co., Ltd.(Xiangrui Automation) have formally signed a distributed photovoltaic power station energy management cooperation agreement. The partnership will develop a 1.26MWp rooftop solar project located in Changshanyan Township, Jinxian County, Nanchang.
The project supports Jiangxi Province's clean energy development plan by revitalizing underutilized industrial rooftop resources. It is projected to deliver triple value—cost reduction, emission cuts, and operational efficiency—with first-year generation estimated at 1.22 million kWh and an average annual output of 1.14 million kWh. This translates to saving 456 tons of standard coal while reducing carbon dust by 310 tons and CO₂ emissions by 1,136 tons annually.
Adopting a "self-consumption with surplus electricity fed into the grid" model, the project achieves an innovative 90% self-consumption rate. Excess electricity will generate additional revenue for Xiangrui Automation, significantly lowering its operational energy costs. Xiangrui Automation has provided approximately 17,000 m² of premium factory rooftop space, while Wincle will fully fund the construction and operation. Through an energy-saving benefit sharing mechanism, both parties secure stable returns over the 25-year project lifespan. This zero-rent rooftop leasing model combined with professional energy services pioneers a new pathway for low-carbon transformation in manufacturing.
The collaboration further solidifies Wincle's leadership in the industrial energy services market, injecting new momentum into high-quality development within the renewable energy sector.
