Recently, Wincle has successfully held a school-enterprise cooperation exchange meeting for the graduate workstation with Shanghai University of Electric Power. Wang Jun'an, General Manager of Wincle, and other company leaders, together with Tang Zhong, Dean of the Graduate School of Shanghai University of Electric Power, and other school leaders, attended the meeting. The two sides carried out in-depth discussions on technological innovation and talent cultivation in the new energy field.
The cooperation focuses on six core technical directions: virtual power plants, photovoltaics-storage-charging-discharging systems, energy storage cabinets, battery BMS, battery recycling, and mobile energy storage. It integrates the practical experience of enterprises with the scientific research advantages of universities. The two sides have clearly established an integrated "industry-university-research-application" cultivation model with the graduate workstation as the carrier.

Wang Jun'an emphasized at the meeting, "School-enterprise cooperation is a catalyst for technological innovation and a fertile ground for talent cultivation. Taking this cooperation as a starting point, we will continue to deepen the collaborative exploration with Shanghai University of Electric Power in the new energy field to inject new momentum into industry development." Dean Tang Zhong also stated that the university will give full play to its disciplinary advantages, promote the transformation of scientific research achievements, and help enterprises upgrade their technologies.
This cooperation not only provides fresh blood for Wincle's breakthroughs in fields such as virtual power plants and energy storage technologies but also sets a benchmark for industry-university-research cooperation in the new energy industry. In the future, the two sides will drive forward with the dual engines of "technological innovation + talent incubation" to jointly explore new paths for green energy development and contribute wisdom and strength to the realization of the "double carbon" goal.
